Before land, I spent about seven years in cybersecurity and compliance, auditing systems and writing risk reports for companies that couldn't afford to get the details wrong. That habit stuck with me. When I write up an offer or a contract, I want you to be able to read it and know exactly what you're agreeing to. Nothing buried, nothing that changes later. I got into land because I kept hearing the same two complaints from opposite sides. Landowners felt lowballed by companies that never called back. Builders were spending weeks chasing deals that fell apart the moment they asked for real numbers. Anchorcrest is my attempt to fix both problems at the same time.
